GAME MODDING RULES / REGULATIONS / GUIDELINES
« on: July 08, 2014, 12:31:25 PM »
Want to mod your own custom game, here are the rules and requirements.

1. Mods agree to NEVER modify, access, or manipulate any boards outside of their own game.

2. Mods agree to Establish a CLEAR guideline of rules (which can be updated throughout the life of the game) to include rules for editing of posts, punishments, and/or do's/don'ts for new players.

3. Mods are required to have run test simulations to insure the sim can function properly.

Mod approval is subject to review by myself, some games/mods may be put into a wait list as to avoid over saturation.

Once a game has been added please post a thread in this board describing your game.

The Supreme Basketball Alliance is a basketball sim that will begin with live GMs in the beginning of Season 4.  The first three seasons will be simmed to ensure all kinks/bugs are worked out before the actual game begins.  The league currently consists of 12 teams with the top 4 teams in each conference making the playoffs.  Interviews for General Manager positions will be conducted through private message once the initial interview questions are posted in the SBA News and Info forum.  Anyone interested in the GM position of a particular team will PM their answers to their questions to me with the subject; "Team Name GM Interview".   Once hired, general managers will be given a contract that has a number of years attached as well as specific goals to be met.  If those goals are not met by a certain time the GM could be fired.  If the goals are met then bonuses, such as extra PR for scouting and so forth can/will be awarded to the GM/team.

If there are any questions before and during the process do not hesitate to ask.
