Beautiful. Great working with you.

---

Ms. Dossey, can you get Scott Forrest please? Thank you.

---

Mr. Forrest, I'm smart enough to know when I don't have the best hand and I'm man enough to know not to play against the person that does.

You've made it clear, Mr. Calkins is not going to play in Oakland. But the other clients that you represent, I would like to see in camp so if I make it so Mr. Calkins is no longer a member of the silverbacks, the others will report for training camp.

The rest of my clients are of the mind that once their friend Mr. Calkins is moved to another team, they will have no reason to protest.

Ms. Dossey, can you please call up Mr. Crain once more? Thank you.

---

James, at this point I'm sure you tops in my Fave Five. So, we scouted Eric Anderson. He had himself a solid year in the APL after being a Silverback, I'm interested in having him back if he is interested in returning.

Splendid. I'm thinking a 2 year deal worth 2MM deal, have him return to Oakland where he spent a lot of time here, short enough of a deal that can see him get another contract before its time to call it.

Ms. Dossey, can you ring up Anthony Campanelli please? Thank you

---

Anthony, looking to sign your client Greg King, who is, according to this WR/TE sheet the league provided, is an undrafted rookie free agent. With that  being said, my offer is 1 year, 250K to get his feet wet here in Oakland.

Ms. Dossey, this isn't ground hogs day, I need James T. Crain on the line once more. Thank you.

---

James, once again, calling about a free agent clit of yours. Our kicker last year, Matthew Larson. I know I disrespected him last year, getting his name wrong in a presser, but I would like to bring him back.

Is he interested in returning to Oakland?

Nothing quite like seeing Larson finish

Off a scoring drive in Oakland. It'd be pretty blue around here if he didn't remain a Silverback. That is if he is interested in returning here.

Great working together as always James.

---

Ms. Dossey, can you please call in the coaches? Thank you.

---

Coaches, I was thinking about things that we could work on this year, adding to us that would give us an advantage in the games. We've done a lot to re-tool the offense and I have one more idea that I wanted to run by you guys.

Remember how Deion Sanders was a 5 down player? I think we have the potential to have one of our own in Glass. He has shown he is a home run threat every time he touches the ball, I think that's something we can add to our offense.

Its not something I plan on doing every game, but I do think it would help us get the ball going in some games. I think if he focuses on his conditioning to do this, along with some games not having this offense, any drop off should be minimal.

Thoughts or concerns?

Glad we are all in agreement. I'll let him know about it via his agent, hate being that guy who bugs a player on their vacation. We should be ready to coast to training camp soon. Need to take care of all that stuff. I'm excited for this season.

---

Ms. Dossey, can you get Drew Leventhal on the line please? Thank you.

---

Drew, hope the offseason has treated you well. Calling you, rather than your client Alfred Glass because if he gets a call from me, well his boss just bothered him on his vacation and I hated when my boss did that, so I don't want to be that guy.

Also, because it's something I feel you would be beter at explain to him over the next couple of days than me.

I was thinking of ways to better the team we have with the guys we have and I came up with an idea. Every time Alfred touches the ball, it's a threat to end up in the end zone, be it a pick-six or a punt return or a fumble recovery. Knowing that, it's safe to say that if Alfred played Wideout for a couple plays in a game, you can add "Receiving TD" to his list of ways to score. I want to put that theory to the test this year. I want Alfred to be a 5-Down player a couple games a year.

This is not just a team thing, this move also has the potential to benefit Alfred. I remember how hard Alfred played when I said I feel he was an MVP candidate, apparently that thought was exclusive to Oakland since the voters love numbers. I mean, if Alfred is taking a piece off the board for the opponent like he did last year as well as taking damn near every pass to the house, the voters would have no choice to respect Alfred.

To get to that, all parties know we have to put the work in. The coaches and I have spoken about it and will put together the game plan for this idea even more. All I ask from Alfred is be open to working on his conditioning during training camp, because I know if he's prime condition for this, his drive and talent will do the rest.

You get where I'm coming from and what I'm trying to say?

Tashaun Pate (2MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: No More Waiting (750K)
-- A TV/Internet spot featuring Tashaun Pate.

Quote
We open the ad with a young Tashaun Pate sitting on a bench in a park as a group of children play football. He asks to play with the group, but they tell him he has to wait.

Fast forward to the Tashaun years later on the bench in a high school game. The score is largely in favor of Tashaun’s team. He watches his offensive coordinator ask the head coach about getting Tashaun in, and the head coach declines saying he’s not ready, he has to wait.

Fast forward to the HIFL draft where several analysts talking about Tashaun and whether or not he’s ready for the pro game, that he has to wait a year or two. Cue to the Impact Bowl highlight of Tashaun’s performance, cut to Tashaun trading in a light blue jersey for an Oakland Silverback jersey. He turns to the camera and finishes the ad by saying “No More Waiting.”

- GAMEDAY PROMOTION:  Tashaun’s Fan Five (250K)
-- For the seventh home game of the season, we will run a promotion that will give 5 winners a swag bag of Tashaun Pate gear. Each swag bag will have two autographed authentic jerseys, one home and one away Oakland jersey, a hundred dollar gift card to Big 5 Sporting Good, a signed football, and 4 50-yard line tickets to the home finale. The winners will also get to meet, take a couple pictures with, and throw the ball around with Tashaun after the game.

- PRODUCT PROMOTION: Tashaun Pate’s Impact Football (1MM)
-- We will work on and launch a mobile game app featuring the Oakland Silverbacks, with Tashaun Pate as the cover athlete. Players will do weekly challenges, a new one each week of the season as well as a daily challenges and challenge mode to play their friends and other players. The game app will also feature a season mode where players will be play as Pate and the Silverbacks and lead the Silverbacks to an Impact Championship

Christopher Allen (.75MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: Encore (250K)
-- This will be a print based campaign featuring Christopher. It will seem as if it is an interview with Christopher, going over his stats as a rookie, how he impacted the season, and how he deserves to be recognized as one of the league most promising running backs. At the end of the “interview” Christopher is asked what he has planned for an encore, to which he simply answers “You’ll just have to wait and see.”

- GAMEDAY PROMOTION: Honoring Christopher Allen (500K)
-- Before the first home game of the season, we will take time out to honor Christopher Allen’s Offensive Rookie of the Year season, complete with a trophy to be presented by our owner Koba Cesaer. The fans ticket to the game will also serve as a 50-50 raffle, the prize being a bronzed plaque in celebration of Allen’s rookie campaign, complete with his stats for the season, an autograph picture, and a piece of his game worn jersey from his breakout game against Long Beach in Week 2 of last season.

Dan Rhodes (.5MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: Rhodes the Colossus (500K)
-- A TV/Internet spot featuring Dan Rhodes.

Quote
The ad features Dan running through several walls, each wall labeled with something that would hold back a mortal man.  “Rookie Wall”, Rhodes barrels through as if it is nothing. “Injury”, Rhodes crashes through it never losing momentum. “HIFL Season 1” “HIFL Season 2” “HIFL Season 3” “HIFL Season 4”, all fall as Dan runs through them. He stops as a wall of humanity stands in front of him, each man spelling “HIFL SEASON 5”. Dan digs in and runs towards the group of people as dirt flies into the air. As the dirt clears, we see Dan Rhodes standing atop the pile and the spot ends as “Rhodes The Colossus” comes in from the right and stops below Dan.

This campaign will also include a billboard and Public Bus advertisement with the final shot of the ad and the number to order season ticket.

Alfonso Scott (2MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: Heaven Hands (750K)
-- A TV/Internet ad featuring Alfonso Scott.

Quote
We open the ad with a young Alfonso playing with a football in a field. He throws the ball up in the air and catches it, every throw getting higher and higher. Alfonso throws it so high it gets lost in the clouds and he looks for it until it comes down with a heavenly glow. Alfonso catches it and his hands start to glow. He looks at his hands as the glow fades. Fast forward to Alfonso in a Oakland Silverback jersey in practice running routes with Assistant Coach Jerry Harris throwing him the ball. Jerry tests Alfonso with each throw and each throw Alfonso makes the catch making it look easier and easier. Eventually Jerry throws a hard pass deep and Alfonso makes a diving catch which gets quite the reaction from everyone, including Jerry who states that Alfonso has “Heaven Hands”

This campaign will also include billboard and bus ads featuring Alfonso showing off his glowing hands, the Heaven Hands tagline, and the number to order season tickets.

-GAMEDAY PROMOTION: Heavenly Foam Hands (250K)
-- For the season we will sell foam hands in pairs with Alfonso’s number in the palm.

- CHARITY CAMPAIGN: Alfonso Scott Football Camp (1MM)
-- Alfonso is the kind of a player you want to get out and promote as a role model, and this will do just that. Before training camp, we will set up a 3 day football camp with Alfonso and the Oakland coaching staff. The camp will be held at the Oakland practice facility. Each day will consist of drills, lunch, and games of flag football, with the last day being a flag football tournament. Alfonso will be active in helping the kids learn football and offer advice for life outside of football.

Alberto Kidwell (1MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: AK89(500K)
-- A TV/Internet ad featuring Alberto

Quote
The ad starts with highlights of Alberto as a Silverback throughout the years from Season 1 to Season 5, with each highlight putting more focus on Kidwell, making his surroundings a blur.  The spot ends with “Oakland’s Greatest Weapon: AK89” and Kidwell posing in uniform sans helmet.

-GAMEDAY PROMOTION: AK89 Shirt (250K)
-- For the third game of the season, every fan in attendance will get an Oakland Silverback shirsey with AK89 in place of “Kidwell” on the back and Alberto making an intimidating face in place of the 89. One lucky row will get theirs autographed by Alberto himself the Monday following day.

-CHARITY CAMPAIGN: Kidwell’s Kids (250K)
-- Throughout the season, Kidwell will lead a small group of Silverback players to local Oakland schools promoting good academics, good behavior, and physical health.

George Farrow (1MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: Walk the Talk (750K)
-- An TV/Internet ad featuring George Farrow.

Quote
We start with the cliché highlights from his rookie year until we cut to a fan being asked what makes George Farrow special, and the answer: “He talks the talk and walks the walk!” Cut to George talking to the a group of actors portray the media and him telling them what he’s going to do on the field and then to him doing what he said he would do. It ends with “Walk the Talk” George Farrow across the screen.

This campaign will also include billboard and public bus with Farrow in Oakland gear with the “Walk the Talk” tagline and the number for season tickets.

- GRANTLAND FEATURE: Player Profile - George Farrow (250K)
-- George will be profiled for a 3 part feature on Grantland.com. The feature will show off more of George before he got to Oakland, his rookie year, and what he expects to come from this coming season.

-- A TV/Internet ad campaign featuring Paul Schmitt. The ad features Paul showing off his strength in everyday scenarios:

+ Paul ripping off the cover to the gas cap of his car, cue to a teenaged boy saying “Holy Schmitt!”
+ Paul slamming a glass door and shattering it, cue to a middle aged man saying “Holy Schmitt!” as he drops his coffee.
+ Paul getting frustrated at something on his phone and balls his fist, flexing his arm and ripping his sleeves in a comical fashion, cue to a twenty-something girl saying “Holy Schmitt!” in an excited voice, cue back to Paul smirking.
+ Paul in a “game” pancaking a defensive lineman into the turf, cue to the Oakland sideline saying “Holy Schmitt!” cue to the fans in the front row saying “Holy Schmitt!”, cue to fans at a bar saying “Holy Schmitt!”

- GAMEDAY PROMOTION: Schmitt Teddy Bears (250K)
-- For the fourth game of the season, we will give out teddy bears to fans 11 and under wearing a Paul Schmitt jersey and having his trademark beard. After the game, the teddy bears will be available at the team store in the stadium

- PRODUCT PROMOTION: PS Beard Conditioner (500K)
-- Paul, like any lineman, is a man who enjoys his own facial hair, but the beard care industry is lacking when it comes to making a beard health, easier to clean, and keeping it manly, that’s where PS Beard Conditioner will come in. Available in select stores near you.

Gary Hunter (.5MM)
- CHARITY CAMPAIGN: Hunter’s Heroes (250K)
-- Throughout the pre-season, fans of the team can submit someone they see as a hero, be it a police officer, fireman, EMS, or armed forces member or a teacher, a community leader, someone that is a hero. Each home game, a hero and 3 other people of their choice will be given tickets to that week’s game and be celebrated at the end of the first quarter of the game.

- AD CAMPAIGN: Join The Hunt (250K)
-- A still shot of Gary in full game gear, sans the helmet so Gary’s face is visible. Gary will be in a pre-tackle position, as if he is chasing down the ball carrier. Next to him will be the tag line of the campaign “Join the Hunt”. This will be shown on billboards and on the side of public buses.

Eric Saylor (.5MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: The Zoo Keeper (250K)
-- A TV/Internet ad featuring Eric Saylor.

Quote
We open the ad as two fans enter Clorox Clean Stadium, “The Zoo”. The two talk about the upcoming game. The two discuss the last season and a couple rowdy away team fans.

Fan 1: That one guy was obnoxious, he couldn’t just accept that we had the better team.

Fan 2: Mainly because he was a wanna-be, never-was football player. I just wish someone would have shut him up, you know.

Fan 1: That’s why we got The Zoo Keeper now.

Fan 2: The who?

Fan 1: Him.

Cut to Eric Saylor, in his uniform, a safari hat replacing his helmet, patrolling the stadium.

Fan 2: Why is Eric Saylor out here?

Cut to Eric Saylor launching a loud, obnoxious non-Silverback fan from the stadium

Fan 2: Oh. That’s why.

We end the ad with Eric Saylor flexing as “The Zoo Keeper” flashes below him.

- GAMEDAY PROMOTION: Eric Saylor Zoo Keeper Bobblehead (250K)
-- For the sixth game of the season, the first 1500 fans in attendance will receive an Eric Sayor Zoo Keeper bobblehead. Much like the ad spot, it will be Eric in a Silverback uniform but with a Safari hat on rather than a helmet.

Alfred Glass (2MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: Glass Half Full (1.5MM)
-- In cooperation with Gatorade, a TV/Internet ad in the same vein as recent Cam Newton and Jabari Parker Gatorade spots in the last year.

Quote
We see Alfred Glass, wearing Oakland Silverback work out gear, arriving to the gym in the Silverback facility. TVs are on talking about Alfred Glass as a “real” MVP candidate as HIFL analysts Terry Bradshaw and Mark Schlereth debating whether Glass can be a MVP, especially when he doesn’t touch the ball every play.

“Sure he shuts down his match up, but he just doesn’t touch the ball enough.”

“But when he does, he makes an incredible impact”

“But not like Robles, not like Mackey, Crawford, hell even Hodges gets to touch the pigskin more than him!”

Glass stares at the TV as he starts to work out.

Cue up the small montage of Glass’ high school and college highlights of impacting the game cutting between modern day working out in the gym and drills in the field and refueling with Gatorade. Then Glass’ voice is heard

AG: A lot of people look at a situation and see what is lacking.

Shot of an intense Glass lining up at the line of scrimmage.

AG: I simply look at the glass half full.

We finish the spot with Glass leaping into the air and coming down with the ball, thrown from Tashaun Pate, as he looks back at the cornerback who was meant to cover him from scoring the touchdown. Glass smiles as he lines back up at wide-out and the ad ends at the snap of the ball.

- AD CAMPAIGN: The Glass Ceiling (250K)
-- A billboard and Public Bus advertisement featuring Glass and the Glass Ceiling posing in intimidating poses, with Glass in front of the other members of the Oakland secondary. Below the group “The Glass Ceiling” in bold letters and the number to reserve season tickets.

- GAMEDAY PROMOTION: Glass Gear(250K)
-- In our second home game, one section will receive autograph Alfred Glass shirseys and one lucky row will get to meet Alfred after the game and get additional gear and personalized autographs

Dale Ruiz (1MM)
- AD CAMPAIGN: Ziploc (1MM)
-- Working with Oakland-based Clorox Company, owner of Glad products, we will feature Dale in several different TV/Internet ads featuring Ziploc storage bags. One of our best tacklers in the secondary and a certified play-maker, we’ll make references to these abilities throughout the ads. Ziploc is known for its press and seal technology and Ruiz will be known as Ziploc on the defense, locking up everything underneath him and keeping the offense contained. Ruiz will be featured on boxes of Ziploc products throughout the season.

The campaign will also include an action shot of Ruiz to be put in local print (magazine, newspapers, etc.) promoting his latest PR and the number to purchase season tickets.

Mini-Camp Training:

Tashaun Pate - Football IQ

Cleo Rickard - Agility

Team Captains

Tashaun Pate (Starting QB)
Alberto Kidwell (Skill Position Captain & Offensive Team Captain)

Coaches, I can't be the only one hyped for this year. A lot of things we can look forward to in all facets of our team. I think this is the year so long as we stay healthy.

Coach LeBlanc, you mentioned that both Kidwell and Saylor are on the decline, so be prepared for it when finally comes, is that something you think is going to happen this year, or was that just a general statement?

Could be this year, could be in the future... I'm not sure man, just be on the look out I guess. You saw the grades we put on them.

Yeah, I think we're prepared if Kidwell drops off in the form of Farrow, I saw you guys thought highly of him this season, as am I. I think we could see some great play from him this year.

Coach Bray, you said our weakness on the line was at right tackle, I'm wondering if a little competition in the preseason games would set us clear on who the better choice.

It couldn't hurt, both Byrd and Boss are young, neither should feel entitled to anything.

Coach Peace, I went into camp thinking the same for both Shrader and Cervantes, but by the grades given out on them, have to think Shrader won the job in camp.

Sounds good, Coach Harris, that's gonna take some getting use to, happy to read your report on Pate, having you on the staff to help him get comfortable with Coach Bray's playbook and the guys is incredible.

A question for you, do you think our offense needs both games in the Kong Offense in the preseason, or will one be enough to see what we have there? I don't want to stretch Glass too thin to early, if we need both, I'll give him the second game off of defense, give either Vargas or Hilton time opposite Mullins.

You can still call me Jerry, boss...

As for the Kong, I think we're fine letting Alfred show off on both sides of the ball, the pre-season isn't going to hurt anyone's stamina for the rest of the year.

Alright, last one for the group, how did Rickard look at the kick returner. The plan was two fold. Rickard was able to amass a decent amount of yards in limited touches last year, so getting him some more, in the kick return, would take advantage of that. And two, give Kidwell and Rhodes a bit more rest.

Alright then. We're all set to go, got a few guys to talk to before the preseason games. I'll let you guys get to prepping.

---

Ms. Dossey, can you please call in Alberto Kidwell please? Thank you.

---

Alberto, happy we were able to keep you in Oakland, you've been here through the struggles, the triumphs were going to have this year wouldn't be the same without you. How are you feeling?

Feeling good man, really good.  I feel rejuvenated, I think I'm going to play a damn good year, and I'm proud to be wearing the "C" for this team.

I'm so glad you are wearing the C with pride. It's an honor you have earned with your loyalty to this team. How are things with the offense in the locker room.

I like the sound of that a lot. Coach Bray mentioned the connection you and Pate started to show in camp, having a consistent talent like yourself is going to help him ease into the starting role here in Oakland. Looking forward to the season and can't wait for it to start. I'll let you get back to practice.

---

Ms. Dossey, could you please call in Paul Schmitt please? Thank you.

---

Paul, saw you liked the PR we put together for you, have you had the chance to test out the PS Beard Conditioner yet?

That is good to hear Paul. Looking forward to the season from your group. I'll let you get back to prepping for the preseason games.

---

Ms. Dossey, could you please call in Gary Hunter please? Thank you very much.

---

Gary, come in, sit down. I don't know about you, but I really feel an aura around this team, this year feels like it'll be special. I know last year was one you weren't too happy with in terms of your own production, but you put the work in to not have that season again and it shows, how are you feeling as you go into this season?

How is the front seven corp. doing? Coach Peace mentioned the influence that Jackie Andrews had on Arthur, which is great to hear, how is the rest of the group doing?
