REX EVANS, IN JEANS AND A HOODED SWEATSHIRT WITH HOOD PULLED FAR OVER HIS FACE AND JET BLACK SUNGLASSES, CHEWS ON A TOOTHPICK AS HE APPROACHES THE COMBINE BUT DOESNT WALK INTO THE FENCE. HE LEANS AGAINST IT FROME OUTSIDE WRITING ON A NOTEPAD, WATCHING THE FIELD AND MAKING NOTE THAT HIS COACHES ARE TOGETHER ON THE SIDELINES

Been a while, yeah. Keeping busy, taking notes, already got a set of guys to eventually bring in for some private practices that I liked what I ended up seeing. How about you? How's St. Paul thus far?

To be honest I was hoping to get Las Vegas so I could cut back my travel time. Still looking for my brother. But I really liked what I saw and heard about the Lynx. We fit like a glove so far. How bout you brother?

I like it. Actually big fan of the Scorpions, so I kinda stormed into the office without warning during Eddie's interview with them to get myself there. Been really good so far, like what we've got down there and what can be built on.

Good deal. Glad to hear it. Hopefully we can establish a good work relationship like we've had in the past. Always good to have a friend in this world. Especially one who's actually a friend. *chuckle*

I don't see why not - not like the NBL broke us or anything after that gigantic deal.

Nicklov still keeps sending me postcards. He actually moved to Vegas too. Something about hanging out with his great-uncle Vlad.
