I'm damn proud of you right now. I'm working hard to pick up a couple of new targets for you to launch to and to give us a fighting chance.

Thank you for all your doing for us. You seem to have a lot of success with young Mr Mulligan, how are you feeling about our current crop?

I like how Mully runs routes.  He's not refined and complete yet, but I think he's going to be a guy I can hit in the slot time after time.  Outside of Erik, he's my favorite guy to throw to on the roster, after those two we really don't have much that I have faith in.

Thanks again Mr M...

Harold Van Buren please

Harold, you're the shining light in the linebacker corps so far. I'm sorry you're having a rough time of it but with time and patience we'll be heading to a brighter future. I just wanted to thank you for your contribution

1. Discuss your game last week.
The streak comes to an end! It may only be a draw but it means a hell of a lot to the lads. Now they have to hold onto the leads they make to make sure that when we take to the field again, we go one step further!

2. Discuss the Conclusion to the Zambrano Hostage Siege, the news that surrounded the event, and how everyone handled things.
I'm delighted that the ordeal is over and I hope that Mr Zambrano gets the help that he needs. I'm also glad that everyone was able to escape from the ordeal unscathed. And despite the opinions of certain staff members, my joy does extend to Mr Zambrano.

3. Who do you believe should be GM Rep next season?
I think it's ludicrous to discuss this before we are even halfway through the season. I would happily put my name forward but right now, the job is GM Gates' and so far he has done a sterling job.

4. Discuss your upcoming week.
It's a bye week. We will be delving into the squad to try and improve us while we also endeavour to strengthen the squad... Potentially with a trade or two.

Not a win, but we tied with one of the top teams in the league, that's a morale victory and showed some heart.

It's a bloody amazing result. We went out there and ran them ragged and it was only at the end when we started to tire. Nothing to be ashamed of. That was outstanding. Hopefully if a couple of these trades go through I have in the fire then we could have honestly turned a corner. I'll be obviously looking at a free agent to fill the Zambrano void as well.

We took a couple of knocks but I guess having the bye week will help with that.

In your opinion, anyone of the rookies really standing out so far?

Awesome stuff. I have just finalised a few deals. I wanted it to be this week to give them chance to settle and I'll be bringing in a new RB from the FA pool. I've tried to reinforce everywhere. Hopefully they settle well. Hopefully we can discuss the new guys next week to see how they settle.

Any plans for the boys during the bye week?

I know we haven't done a lot of winning... or any, but the guys have worked hard this year and I think they deserve a break, we'll do some virtual meetings and film study, but I think they should get a week with their families.

Can I speak to David Ames please?

David is like to sign up Daryl Nelson for the next couple of seasons.

Would 3 years, 5mm be acceptable?

That's good to hear. I have high hopes with the trades made and hoping the bye week allows the team to bond a little.

I'll catch up with you on the new players next week.

JKwon Jackson please.

JKwon, it's an absolute delight to bring you here to Atlanta. I know how much potential you had which is why I brought you to Lincoln and I needed to bring you here.

I hope you can settle in quickly and get ready for a big season

SEASON 13 - WEEK 6

1. What did you do during the bye week?
I spent my team working out the trades that were finalised as I tinker my team to advance us onwards and upwards.

2. Discuss the news this week, specifically your own and a few others that caught your eye.
We have brought Mr Nelson in to replace the space left by Daniel's departure. I am hoping that the RB corps we have are strong enough to keep our attack game strong.
As for other news, Oakman showing his attitude will be no loss to Rapid City with that disgusting behaviour.  Fabian Vardy not behaving in the most professional way... I hope his GM deals with him.

3. You may discuss this weeks game/match-up or anything else you'd like
We have a beefy showdown with Music City who are on the wave of emotion and momentum after beating Miami. I hope we can derail them

LeRoy has slightly better agility while Daryl has more strength and their speed/hands are equal. I think I'd go Nelson but its a coin toss.

I would go with Van Buren in the middle, Ward on the right side and Jackson on the left side with Parker as the first backup to all.

Fantastic thank you for the support.

I know I have thinned out our o-line but we are in a rebuild season and I'm hoping the opportunity will allow the guys to develop.

I also tried to upgrade at CB but it's a struggle right now. Any thoughts on moving Wesley into the fold?

SEASON 13 - WEEK 7

1. Discuss your game last week.
We didn't turn up for the second half. Simple as that. We fought a competitive game in the first half and then shit the bed in the second.

2. Approaching mid-season which one player needs to step up and play better?
I think you know that they all do. To be 0-5-1 isn't really a time to be saying that anybody is performing at the level I would like. They are young and developing though and I sincerely hope that as a collective, we can achieve big things.

3. You may discuss this weeks game/match-up or anything else you'd like.
It's a tough game against a plucky Tottenham team who have had two narrow defeats in a row. I'd like to make that 3 if possible...

That damned third quarter.  They walk down the field to start the 3rd and score.. we go 3 and out with a holding penalty to boot.  They walk it right down the field again with 9 straight positive plays and score again, we go 3 and out AGAIN and then they use a first play 51 yard pass to Adams to set up the 3rd touchdown, then won our first play of the next drive Mazza hits Brown for our first first down of the half but instead he fumbles it and they return it all the way back to the 1 yard line to set up the last touchdown of the quarter..

In that third quarter we gained 23 yards, lost 10 of those on a holding call, had a fumble, a -2 yard run play and then ended the third with a -11 yard sack on Mazza.. that is terrible.

You have to decide if we are committed to our team learning together and suffering through the hard times, or do we blow up the plan and start a new process trying to add some older veterans to the mix.

I think we should stay committed.

To be realistic, the only thing we are playing for this season is pride. To upgrade now would cost me young players and picks which will grow into something awesome next season.

I'm hoping that we can get a result or two but I'm hoping you are on board for a tough season which we will then hopefully reap the rewards of.

Are you in?

SEASON 13 - WEEK 8

1. Talk about last weeks game what plays or stats were most critical to the outcome in your mind?
I mean... Another half time lead blown and a game lost thanks to a pick 6... That's pretty damning on its own isn't it? And that's before the rushing leader for us was out Quarterback... It was just a bit wank to be honest.

2. What do you make of your report card at the mid-season point?  Fair?
Far too fair. I accept we are in a rebuild but I think the fans are expecting to see some fight which some players are not fully delivering on.

3. How do you grade your coaches and then how do you grade your offense and defense respectively, at this point in the season?
It's a C across the board. They are starting out with a rough lump of clay but they are working together and with patience and perseverance, I believe they can craft them into something special.

4. Have you met your own personal expectations?
I'd say no. I've had to deal with a hostage taking Wide Receiver and a group of youngsters who are getting a baptism of fire in the big leagues and I am not getting the performances I would like. I am emphasising the word performances there because the results are less important than going to see if the players are giving a shit about anything other than a paycheck.

5. Who is your teams MVP so far this season, and who do you think is the league's MVP after 8 weeks?
Nobody. Simple as. You put in performances like that, you don't deserve a plaudit.

6. Talk about your teams news and at least two other topics from this weeks news cycle, what stood out to you?
So the stats back up the news with a cornerback and the quarterback delivering the touchdowns this week and the receivers not delivering a touchdown in 2 games running. Erik has been our only consistent touchdown scorer so I am concerned at the frustration between the pair so I will be looking to speak to both chaps this week.

7. Talk about this upcoming week.
We travel to Amsterdam. We try to get a result and I bloody well hope nobody gets caught with illicit substances in their bag...

I mean... The follies of youth? And a pick 6... Jesus. And now Erik isn't happy.

What's going on with the WRs stats are showing that Mazza isn't using any of them it would appear
