"I've got faith in you, Elijah. This team may not seem like it right now, but we do."

"Xenia, gather the team."

"Gentlemen,
We're standing at a fork in the road. This season hasn't exactly gone as we'd expected. We'd hope to be in a very different position but alas, here we are. I could stand before you this evening and come up with any number of reasons to explain why we're in the position that we're in. However, none of them would be good enough at the end of the day. You deserve more than what I've given you this season and for that, I'll take my medicine. I'll accept my fate at the end of the season... either I'm going to be here as your general manager or you're going to continue on fighting with that Warriors on your chest with another guy at the helm. The truth is: I wasn't good enough this season."
"However, as I look around this room - I see a group of men that are good enough. This team is every bit as talented as the others around the HIFL. From top-to-bottom, there is a bevy of untapped potential. Potential that I'd like to try and unlock. Every single person on this roster was put on it by my hand. I've had a say in every single one of you becoming a member of the Atlanta Warriors. It's special for me. Each one of you are special to me."
"None of you owe me anything. Each and every one of you have fought with me from the beginning and I'm truly thankful for the effort you've given me. Simply put, I'm going to ask you to find another gear. Find another level. Dig down deep. I'm asking you this man-to-men. Do it for me. Do it for Coach J. Do it for each other. Do it for the city of Atlanta."
"Can we make that happen?"
