Hello Luke, nice to meet you. My name is James Franchise and I'm interested in the GM position here in Tulsa. I have a lot of experience GMing in the sports of basketball, baseball, hockey, and football with varied results. I do have experience being a GM here in the HIFL at both Pearl Harbor and St. Paul. However those teams were both offensive heavy but didn't have much defense. I want to create more of an equilibrium based approach here in Tulsa. Think of it like the yin-yang. If there's too much of one or two much of the other it isn't going to work. I've noticed that in my time in the HIFL. However I think the more balanced approach the team has the more successful it will be. The teams I were on before were already in motion or had drama happen that caused a spiral effect. With this team I feel I cam build it from the ground up which I think is the ideal scenario for a GM like me who needs a fresh start. I'm doing very well running the NABA team in Kansas City. I think I can replicate that kind of successful, drama free environment here. I look forward to talking with you some more about the open GM position here in Tulsa.

GM Franchise, Oh I'm familiar with yee work around the sports world lad.

Let me tell ya soomthin' I dinnae think ya unfit for duty, I think you're a mad scientist who knows more than he lets on, ya see?

So let me tell ya what I want ta do here and see if yer up for the challenge!

...I've signed a head coach already, Peter Jingle.  He was snubbed by his old team and our natural rival, San Antonio... and he's like me, he wants to see the Knights fail.

Are ye with me here Franchise?   Can ye derail those Knights??

With Coach Jingle at the helm I think that is a very achievable goal. San Antonio snubbing him already is the right motivation needed to take down the Knights. The Knights will fall and when Knightfall happens, Digger is going to regret not having luck on his side, I guarantee it. I'm up for the challenge. I'm with you on your mission to derail the Knights.

Hey there Franchise!

M'name's Juliana Charms, an I'm your secretary!

So my fodder tells me you're in charge now, so lets get you informed on tings aye?

We have $15MM in PR money, we can use this to scout for the draft, attend the combine, and having meetings with the players after the combine and the like... do with it as ya please ya know?

...Just don't use it ta improve your "shoe game" ya know?

The league will announce the draft order later today or this evening most likely, so we'll have a better idea of where we stand.

Peter, nice to meet you. I'm shocked San Antonio let you go. That legit floored me when I saw it. I wanted to touch base with you about the open coaching positions. Are there any coaches that you would specifically like for me to bring in?

Well, I would be fine with anyone, but I did work with Marco Bradley in San Antonio and see him as a bright young football mind.

Juliana, can you get me in touch with Marco Bradley please. Thank you.

Marco, pleased to meet you. Coach Jingle talked very highly of you when I spoke with him earlier and I'm very interested in bringing you into the fold here in Tulsa. What is your philosophy of coaching offense?

I came into the sport when I was a QB for Coach Jingle at USC...  After placing 4th in the Heisman voting my senior year I decided to coach instead of play in the pros, so I stayed at USC as offensive coordinator for the glory days with Reggie, LenDale, Matt, Carson, JDB, all those guys, even the Sanchize... but after Coach Jingle left for the pros, I decided to go back to Puerto Rico and coach i the Caribbean football circuit.  I won the league championship in my first season, but then was offered the OC job in Miami in the APL and took it... then I reunited with my mentor Coach Jingle in San Antonio.  I believe in running a system like he had at USC. A normal pace out of the Shotgun, and I like to run a little more than pass

I definitely like the sound of that. I think a ground and pound approach is more viable than a pass first attack. It wears on the defense. For a system like that would you be looking at having the focus on one heavy hitting RB or an attack based on the use of multiple running backs?

That's ideal for what I've got in mind for the roster here. After what you've said and the coach's recommendation I'm definitely interested in hiring you. My initial offer is 3 years for 4.5 million. Will that work?

$9MM is steep for a coordinator. That's higher than some head coaches are making and almost as much as our head coach is making. My only question to you is are you as good as that price tag?

I am a 3-4 minded guy... 35% blitz, and I specialize in helping DE's make the transition to OLB for the scheme.

Big defensive linemen, think about having 2 DT's moved to DE (or 2 very large DEs) and a MASSIVE nose tackle at DT... Then two athletic, tall, fast pass rushers at OLB, they can be moved from DE, or be 3-4 linebackers already, but that is key..

Marvin, nice to meet you. I saw that you have joined the coaching ranks after retiring from football. We have an opening for Assistant Coach here and I was interested in bringing you in. What I had in mind was for someone to work with the young offensive players while working under Offensive Coordinator Bradley. Would that be something you'd be interested in doing?

Peter, nice to meet you. We have an open position here in Tulsa for Assistant Coach and I am interested in bringing you in. What I had in mind was for someone to work with the young defensive players, notably in the secondary, while working under Defensive Coordinator Beast. Would that be something you'd be interested in doing?
