I noticed which is going to be a problem going by how last week's game went. Do we need to make any adjustments with the strategy based on our low scoring output last week?

I'll let you get to practice while I sign us a DT to take Fajardo's place while he's injured.

---

Juliana, can you get me in touch with James T. Crain please. Thank you.

---

James, nice to speak with you again. I am in need of a DT with John Fajardo's injury and I'm interested in signing Sawn Galindo. Would he sign for 1 year for 2 million dollars?

1. Talk us through this weeks game. What went wrong?  What went right?

"A HUGE victory for us this week! We held off a Long Beach comeback and Christian Sullivan threw four touchdown passes. Henry Mullins had two touchdowns, Max Ramos had 150 yards and a touchdown, Sawn Galindo had two sacks, Flins and Oliver had big games on defense, and the entire team played with a lot of fire and heart this week. What went right was Sullivan torching the Mermen defense and lots of big games from our players. What went wrong was two turnovers, almost allowing a comeback, and Hildebrand scoring a touchdown. Other than that great game."

2. Give us an evaluation of the first quarter of the season for your team, who has stood out both good and bad?

"I think we're the most underrated team in the league in my opinion. We're 2-2 and still competing for the division and playoffs which is good. I'm very happy especially with our preseason issues that happened. Positive standouts include Christian Sullivan, Christopher Allen, Max Ramos, Ricky Lackey, Henry Mullins, Albert Weaver, Miguel Oliver, Ralph Mooney, Reubin Flins, Gregory Neal, and Carl Kraft. As far as negative stand outs the main one standing out is that we're allowing too many sacks. We need to fix that issue. Other than that I think we're good."

3. With where you sit in the standings, do you feel it is a true reflection of your team? Where do you feel you should stand, and what do you need to do to achieve that by the end of the season?

"No, we almost beat Tombstone so we should be 3-1 in my opinion. Like I said earlier, we're very underrated. We need to be at or above a .500 record which I truly believe we ca achieve."

4. What has been the biggest challenge for your team so far this season, and who would you say was your teams MVP?

"Our biggest challenge has been allowing too many sacks and turnovers. We're good other than that. Our team's MVP would be Christian Sullivan. He's been on fire this season so far."

5. Talk to us about your upcoming game this week.  What will be the key to victory?

"This week we face Oakland. They have GM TJ back and got their first victory of the season. They can be explosive on offense and are an underrated team in my opinion but I think we can defeat them. Should be another close game for us but another winnable game for us."

  Actually, since we're still here...

COACH JINGLE PULLS OUT HIS PHONE AND HITS A FEW BUTTONS, MOMENTS LATER SPOTIFY BEGINS TO PUMP "BABY GOT BACK" THROUGH THE SPEAKERS, FILLING THE ROOM WITH THE BEAT AND RHYMES.   COACH BREAKS IT DOWN, SHAKING 'THAT THANG' AS THE MUSIC ROCKS YOUR OFFICE LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN.

OOC: First day of school planning took up a lot of time the last few days, going to do a press conference anyway and go from there.

---

1. Talk us through this weeks game. What went wrong?  What went right?

"The game was closer than the score. We were close in all statistical areas but they just outscored us. Kudos to them but it was disappointing for us. We got great play from the team just couldn't score as much as them."

2. What did you pick up form the news this week?  Anything concerning, or interesting?

"The stuff in Seattle is insane. Never seen anything like that anywhere. Very, very sad to see and thoughts and prayers go to all those involved."

3. How do you evaluate your coaching staff, so far this year?

"They're doing fantastic. I love what I'm seeing."

4. What do you expect the Commissioner to talk about this week when he makes his highly anticipated announcement?

"Expansion or a farm league most likely."

5. Talk to us about your upcoming game this week.  What will be the key to victory?

"Scoring more points than the other team. We're golden other than that."

---

"Coach, that was not how I had anticipated that game going."

No, not at all, but Gregory Neal is our only really solid corner... Cecil wouldn't be a bad 3, but as a 2, he leaves us vulnerable and we saw that late in the game this week.

1. Talk us through this weeks game. What went wrong?  What went right?

"We won again and we're in the hunt for the playoffs. Great overall team win with Christian Sullivan throwing four touchdown passes, Ramos and Lackey had big games, and our defense was solid with four interceptions, a safety, and a touchdown. We're right back on track with this win."

2. Talk about a couple of the topics that stood out to you in the news this week.

"Let me first address our team rumor. If any player wants to question my commitment to the team they can do so directly. We're making the playoffs and I damn sure am Tulsa for life. GM Cory and GM Jon both had some interesting news stories but I think the Bruiser Elliot scandal is going to blow up big time. It doesn't sound good at all."

3. What did you make of the announcement of the HIFL Minor League, do you believe it is a positive addition?

"I really like this and I feel it'll be an extremely positive addition to the HIFL."

4. Talk to us about your upcoming game this week.  What will be the key to victory?

"This week we play Kansas City who is one of the three best teams in the league record wise. I think this will be a high scoring game and we'll give them a fight. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how we match up against them."

I concur. I'm hoping we can pull this off. We're in position for the playoffs at this point in the season and a monumental upset might give us the momentum to make it happen. Stopping Mariota is our top priority.

1. Talk us through this weeks game. What went wrong?  What went right?

"This was a tough loss. We took them to overtime and lost after we had a lead. We got stellar games from our players and overall our forth a really solid effort. I'm proud of how the team played against one of the best teams in the league."

2. Talk about a couple of the topics that stood out to you in the news this week.

"For one the topic about our team. I'm going to make a concerted effort to be more active with talking with the players on the team. They should expect more interactions from their GM from here on out. I'm going to call in multiple players this week and talk with them. Next up was the Vegas story. That injury is devastating for their team and probably is going to cost them a playoff berth to be honest about it."

3.  Talk to us about your upcoming game this week.  What will be the key to victory?

"This week we play Lincoln who is one of the more underrated teams in the league. I think it will be a close game but I think that it's a game that we can win."

I agree with that. I'm going to definitely be more hands on with the players going forward. On another note that was a tough loss. It's disheartening losing in overtime against a team of that calibur.

Okay I'll let you get to practice.

Juliana, can you send in both the Captains and all of the players who were kneeling during the national anthem at our game last week. I know it'll be packed in here but this is going to be important. Thank you.

*GM Franchise looks around the room*

 Long time no see...

Bad joke, I know. Just said it to lighten the mood. Anyway let's gets to business. Firstly I must say I respect the hell out of you guys for speaking your minds. It definitely took a lot of courage to do that. Now let me be very clear when I say this, I have a habit of causing havoc when I start talking in my previous GM experiences which I've done better with in recent years. I tried avoiding that but at the same time I let myself neglect interacting with the players on the team by not managing my time effectively. However at the same time I've gone on record as stating that this is the most underrated team in the league and it's true. That said this is all on me. I'm going to make it a point to be more active with the team, the players, and coaching staff on this franchise. Honestly I feel we have a winner here and I don't want to fuck that up by being a ghost around here. That changes right now. I humbly apologize and I hope you all can forgive me for all of this. This is all on me. I feel we can make the playoffs and that's all about you all, not me. This team needs to be on point from the top on down and that starts with me. I'm going to do better from here on out for the rest of the season. Again, I apologize to you all. This is all my fault and I feel terrible that it got to this point.

THE ENTIRE ROOM CLAMORS WITH THE VOICES OF 40+ people speaking at once... slowly they begin to file out, leaving you the opportunity to talk to any specific player(s) that you'd like.... one at a time, of course.

Juliana, could you send in Christian Sullivan please. Thank you.

---

Christian, you've been doing a fantastic job for us this season. I feel the offense is running at a high level and the fact we almost beat Kansas City, one of the top three teams in the league, is a testament to that. I think this team is headed in the right direction and I feel you're a big reason why we will compete for the playoffs this season. I wanted you to know personally that I really think you're playing at a very high level this season and keep up the good work on the field.
