Jesus Christ Jack, Why were you interrogating Mr. Mangum?  Where is he?

He is fine, Sir... In stable condition at the local medical facility here in Charlotte.  ...I was hired by GM Powers to protect him from the Owner of the New Jersey Dragons and his alleged Criminal Enterprise that was influencing the HIFL...

I confronted Mr. Tong... he had no idea what I was talking about, and I believe him sir.  He is a good man.

...This lead me to GM Kirk and his associates, and again I did not find any wrong doing, so I went to Thomas Mangum...  Something was not right.

I had worked with Mr. Mangum when he was in the FBI, sir..  When I spoke to him and questioned him, something did not seem right, so I dug deeper...

He was hard to crack, he lasted for ours of relentless techniques and tactics.

...and then he admitted it all to me sir... every detail.

He told me that originally he was going to New Jersey with the intention of conducting an honest investigation... until he received a phone call from Mike POWERS.

He said that GM Powers came to him in private and asked him if he would make an "unethical" decision...  and then offered $1,000,000.00 for two names to surface as dirty drug using cheaters... John Spurgeon and David Wilson specifically...

They would mask it with an investigation of their own in Tombstone after the investigation was completed... and Mr. Mangum accepted...

GM POWERS STANDS UP

Jack, this is NOT what you were hired to do!

Mr. Wilkinson, this man has no standing in these proceedings!

GM POWERS, I STAND FOR JUSTICE!  I HAVE NO ALLEGIANCE OTHER THAN TO FINDING THE TRUTH!   I ATTEMPTED TO PROTECT YOU!  I ATTEMPTED TO KEEP YOU SAFE AS YOU REQUESTED... AS A FRIEND!  ...AND YOU WERE TRYING TO USE ME TO COVER YOUR OWN SORRY TRACKS...

GM POWERS, YOU ARE AS BAD AS CHARLES LOGAN...

Jack, you tortured a former Federal investigator.  For HOURS.  How do you know that he didn't just tell you what he thought you wanted to hear to make it all stop?

COMMISSIONER WILKINSON FLIPS THROUGH THE REPORT, UNSURE OF WHAT HE IS LOOKING FOR.

Check the corner of the first page... a hand written note...

THAT is a hand written note from THOMAS MANGUM to GM POWERS to explain the expenditure difference... clearly proof of corruption in Tombstone and with Mr. Mangum's investigation.

THE COMMITTEE CHAIR TURNS TO THE REST OF THE COMMITTEE AND THEY HUDDLE... AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES THEY BREAK AND SPEAK TO THE COMMISSIONER.

The committee rules to overturn the suspensions of John Spurgeon and David Wilson... We also have ruled that GM Powers will be suspended for the rest of the season for his actions, in order to return to the league, GM Powers will be forced to pay a fine of $3MM to the New Jersey Dragons organization and will be on strict probation.

This hearing is adjourned.
