TEAM STRATEGY AND PHILOSOPHY

Starting season 10, you will have new options when locking in (at the start of the season, with the option to change things week to week with your normal strategy work.

OFFENSE:

Attitude:  (Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive)

Focus: (Run, Balanced, Pass)

Tempo: (Very Slow, Slow, Normal, Fast, Very Fast) *Note, not all teams can run "very fast" as it is coach specific!

Passing: (Short, Medium, Long, Balanced)

Pass Focus: (Balanced, Outside, Over the Middle, Running Backs, Tight End)

Primary Receiver: (pick a player)

Running Focus: (Inside, Outside, Power, Spread, Draw, Balanced)

RB Focus: (Running, Blocking, Catching, Mixed)

Backfield: (Committee or Primary Running Back)

Tight End Focus: (Blocking, Catching, Mixed)

DEFENSE:

Attitude: (Conservative, Balanced, Aggressive)

Focus: (Run, Balanced, Pass)

Primary Coverage: (Zone, Mixed, Man)

Defensive Line Focus: (Run Support, Balanced, Pass Rush)

Linebackers: (Attacking, Balanced, Coverage)

Player Radio: (Pick a linebacker or safety to relay the plays from the coach to the team, a captain is recommended)

Match CB to WR:  (Choose yes or no to have your defensive coordinator call nickle/3-3-5/dime plays when the offense sends out 3/4 receivers regardless of down/distance)
