Well not the finish to the season we had hoped for, but I'm expecting us to learn from this year and come back stronger.  You'll get your first full off-season to really make the roster in your image and we'll go from there.

Thatís the plan coach. I have a vision for this team going forward and now itís just a quite of slotting the pieces into place.

So coach, I think youíve deserved a well earned vacation so Iíll try and keep this concise. I would appreciate your opinion on a few matters that will help me going forward:

1. How do you feel about our offensive line? Particularly the two tackles and guards. My plan has always been to keep those four together as a unit, as theyíre young and hungry but if thereís any holes there it would be useful to know now.

2. How do you get on with David Seaton and Philip Gonzalez? My interaction with them has been limited, but their contracts are coming up.

3. In your opinion, will Brewster sign for us for another season? I really want to keep him, I love having a vet QB, and for me thereís no better. At the moment, Iím not his biggest fan, and I donít want to waste hours trying to convince him to stay if itís a non starter.

1. I like the o-line, I think they have room to grow but they are all young and talented.  Consistency is important, so bringing them all back would be good.

2. I dont mind either, but I have a feeling the league is going to make some rule changes that make the assistant and minor league coach change, so don't sweat that too much.

3. I don't know about contract stuff, that's between the GM and the players/agents.

GM OLDFIELD EXTENDS OUT A HANDSHAKE

Coach, thank you for all your help, enjoy your vacation and Iíll see you at the combine.

Timothy Dekker please,

Mr Dekker, firstly congratulations on an excellent season. You were a true inspiration to the younger guys. I feel we gave some glimpses of what we can do, and will move on to bigger and better things.

And that moves me onto the second point. I see you as on of the pillars of the organisation, your leadership, your skill and your work ethic embody everything I want in in this organisation. As such, I would like you to represent the franchise and accompany me to the draft lottery.

GM Oldfield, you did a fine job this season. You made some interesting decisions along the way, but nothing that I feel was worthy of a scolding.  I enjoyed your handling of the media, and your heated exchanges with Seattle's twat of a GM showed the fans who the good guys are in this rivalry.

I have faith in you to succeed here. I'll be issuing some goals for the off-season after the Impact Bowl ends.  Until then, enjoy a well earned rest and get ready for the wild-wild off-season.

Thank you Mr IPA. Youíll find no other GM with more of a dislike for Seattle,

See you in the offseason.

Welcome back lad!  I'm putting your off-season budget down as an even $10MM this season.  Go do good things with it and we can sit down and talk about your successes over a pint once its all said and done.   Good luck Lad!

Thank you Mr IPA. Before you go I just wanted to ask you one thing. As part of the PR campaigns for next season I was hoping to name a few of your award winning beers after some of the players, but felt it important to ask your permission first.
