Season Tasks

Starting Season 10:

Each General Manager will receive 5 Season Tasks

These tasks will be an evolution of the previous years' "expectations"
No longer will you just be told "We expect to Make the Playoffs"  now there will be a list for you.

Example:
Quote
1. Reach the Conference Championship Game
2. Win the Division
3. Finish with a winning record vs. our division rivals
4. Finish the season with a top 5 scoring offense
5. Have a winning record at home

Now, finishing the season and only having achieved one of these goals but failing at the other four could have an adverse effect on you and your job security depending one which goals are reached and which fail.

Owners may grow tired of you only satisfying one or two of their goals, or some may be perfectly content with it as long as they are the goals they prioritize the most.

These tasks can vary and include other out of the box things, so be sure to pay attention to them in your team-sheet after you lock in for Training camp.

Music Licencing Tasks:

Starting Season 10, each team will be required to acquire to select two pieces of music to license for their teams home games.
This is a creativity task so have fun with it!

--
in the real world, sports teams all over have signature music for various things.. from having a song that plays every time you score a touchdown to having a song that plays when the game is over and you're celebrating victory.. now that aspect is coming to the HIFL.

You can choose any music you want, current music, classic rock, rap, classical... whatever you want.  Obviously the better you write it up or explain it and sell it the more I'll like it, but this is not something that will get you fired if it sucks, it just will lower the "cool factor" of your team.

So here are some examples for you for ideas:

The Carolina Panthers play "Sweet Caroline" by Neil Diamond when they win a home game.
The Panthers also play the Superman theme by John Williams whenever Cam Newton runs for a first down.

The Pittsburgh Steelers play "Renegade" by Stix coming out of a timeout during an important drive in the 4th quarter.

The UNC Tar Heels play "JUMP" by House of Pain before every home basketball game tipoff
The Tar Heels use the Bell from "Hells Bells" by ACDC on every third down etc etc etc

You can do anything here, it can be for one player, it can be for a certain situation... just have fun with it.  Include it in your training camp lock in.

Cheers!

This will NOT cost from your PR budget.

There is no harm in using the same song as another team, although it does kill some of the uniqueness.
