Donít let the hate fool you - Ricky Cruz is the MVP - Top 3 BA - 1 HR away from tying the record - League leader in RBI - league leader in OPS and missed the record by .03 - and top 3 in WAR for positional player. also special shout out for John Scherman who was also top 3 HR/RBI and BB.

I will not vote for Ricky Cruz due to his multiple PED stories and the corked bat.

If you want to vote for a guy who was accused of cheating from the start of the year in the first GM-era Conference MVP go ahead, but my name will not be tied to it.

I didnít vote for Cruz. Not because of the corked bat and PED rumours as I prefer players to be innocent until proven guilty and heís never been found guilty, but because of donít think you should be an MVP if youíve been traded mid way through the season. I went with Pizzoloto as heís been the stand out for a pretty dominant team.

Right ... cause baseball doesnít have a rich tradition with cheating ... OR .... none of those stories proved he did anything. Was Ricky suspended for PED Violations or a Corked Bat? Nope. Even the umpires didnít rule it a corked bat.

He was suspended for fighting. Donít make this a smear campaign.

You say traded. I say rescued from the hands of GM Slavedigger. Donít ignore a players value because his own former GM did.

Pizzy was the best player on the best team. I counted six game winning hits from the news stories. Plus he plays a premium position. He is the MVP.

I was looking at Oldfields point. He didnít want to vote Ricky because he had been traded so I just wanted to see if there was a big split.

I voted for Cruz, been one of the best players amid all the issues he's dealt with.

Lol Pancho I was going to use it as a way to say that just because he was traded doesnít mean anything. If his stats are similar front and back then itís a year lo performance that could warrant it.

If his second half was atrocious, then it might take some luster off for some people. I was never agreeing with Oldfield that you should not vote for someone because they got traded.
